If you are willing to take a little time to track your eating and exercising, this site can help you become aware of your health & help you reach goals.

It reminds me a lot of the weight watchers online site minus the whole points thing. And it's FREEEEEEEEE! It is a little bit difficult to navigate at first, but once you figure out the main sections you'll be good! If you want to go all out, you can use the community section to connect with other people using the site.

Features:
- Enter height, weight, and goal weight (gain or lose)
- Tools to give you goal date if you enter lbs to gain/lose & how many per week or give you goal weight if you give date & weekly lbs
- Site auto sets calories, fat grams, protein, etc. you should have each day/week (adjustable)
- Site auto sets how many calories you need to burn a week (adjustable)
- Meal tracker with pre-set meals or enter your own
- Exercise tracker
- Exercise plans (cardio and strength training)
- Recipes & recipe box (printable shopping list too!)
- Recipe builder...you put in your own recipe & it calculates nutrition info
- Tracks your weekly weight and measurements (you can choose what to measure...even a printable measuring tape!)

Your health is worth the time! I suggest using it atleast for a little bit to learn what you are really putting in & working out!

So I am giving this a try. I wish I would have had this about a month ago when I started my workout/eating health plan. I also am having to write a 10-12 page paper about my goal and what I have done to help it and achieve it. This would have been great to start with, oh well can talk about week 1 of the program and how I plan to continue it!
